Ballot Fraud Arrest in Daytona Beach

Daytona Beach city commissioner Derrick Henry is under arrest for fraud. He is accused of tampering with absentee ballots and charged with nearly a dozen counts of voter fraud. Henry was picked up early Wednesday morning by authorities.
