GAWKER: In late September, Jon Stewart appeared at a Manhattan Barnes & Noble to promote his new book. A 9/11 Truther shouted some “9/11 truth” questions at him. Afterwards, a “Daily Show” executive producer [allegedly] punched that Truther in the face.
Rory Albanese was arrested on September 28th, yet the information still hasn’t garnered any mainstream press. It’s fortunate for Jon Stewart and Co. that this story stayed under wraps until the Rally to Restore Sanity was completed. It might have given people the wrong impression…
Yet, by nature of the fact that the target was a pushy Truther, it’s possible that Mr. Albanese has lived out a fantasy shared by many, regardless of the alleged act’s legality or morality.
