'Except Obama!' Screamed From House Gallery During Reading of Constitutional Citizenship Provision For President

When Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ) (D-N.J.) read a part of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution mandating that only a “natural-born citizen” may be president, a woman, seated in the front row of the public gallery, screamed “Except Obama, except Obama. Help us Jesus.”
