The analogy refers to President Obama’s seeming willingness to allow Democratic Congressmen to lose re-election for the sake of getting his Health Care legislation passed. (A prediction that proved quite prescient.) We were unaware that evidence has come out showing Jared Loughner is a frequent reader of Big Journalism.
