Chaos! Lawmakers Meeting Devolves Into Shouting Match

It was all going so well in the state House of Representatives. Lawmakers were positioned to vote on several bills Wednesday that would change the way state government in Pennsylvania operates, and then the wheels came off. The rules meeting errupted into a shouting match between Democrats and Republicans, ending with some Democrats throwing things, and storming out of the room. Republicans say Democrats are standing in the way of passing laws to reform government. Democrats say the proposals would disenfranchise them and their constituents.
