Prosser Takes Lead in WI Supreme Court Race After 'Computer Glitch' Discovered

After new numbers came in from Winnebago County Thursday afternoon, Supreme Court Justice David Prosser took a 40-vote lead. The computer glitch that kept the votes from being tallied on election night is a normal occurrence during the routine canvassing that happens after every election.

Strangely, challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg declared victory before the canvassing even began. A telling display of her judicial temperament.
