Appearing Thin and Weakened, Chavez Speaks to Supporters in Caracas

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez delivered a speech to supporters at the presidential palace in Caracas on Monday after he returned home from spending three weeks in Cuba where he had a cancerous tumor removed.
