Over the weekend while attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference in Hawaii, a formal photo-op between Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang was upstaged by a loincloth-wearing dancer.
But Sec. Clinton did not seem to mind.
