Terror In Damascus: 40 Dead In Twin Blasts In Syrian Capital

Syrian authorities said more than 40 people were killed, more than 100 wounded in twin explosions in Damascus Friday. They said the blasts, the day after Arab League observers arrived in the country, were a double suicide bombing.
