Analysis: SC Didn't Vote For Newt, They Voted To Extend Primary

Matt Lewis told the “Victory Sessions” that Sarah Palin didn’t necessarily endorse Newt Gingrich for President, but that she endorsed to keep the primary and vetting process going. Lewis makes the argument that many South Carolinians didn’t vote to make Newt the nominee, but rather to keep the primary process active past the South Carolina results.
