GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum was speaking at a campaign rally outside the Washington Historical Museum in Tacoma Monday, which happens to be next to the base camp for occupy protesters. Local occupiers began screaming “We are the 99%” in an attempt to shut down Santorum’s speech.
