Democrat Senator: Budget Will 'Absolutely' Confront Entitlements

Sen. Kent Conrad (D-ND) was asked by Mark Halperin on MSNBC’s “Meet the Press” whether the Democrats’ budget will specifically confront entitlement spending, to which Conrad boasted: “Absolutely, and I will do that.”
