Ryan On Obama Mandate 'Compromise': 'Distinction Without A Difference'

Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) (D-WI) is not buying President Obama’s “compromise” on the birth control issue. Arguing that many religious hospitals are self-insured and will not be enjoying any actual exemption from the policy, Ryan called the compromise “a distinction without a difference.”
