Dean: I 'Fear Santorum,' 'He Can Connect With People'

Former Democrat National Committee Chair Howard Dean said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that he actually fears Sen. Rick Santorum more than he fears Gov. Mitt Romney, and not because of his views, but because Santorum “can connect with people.”
