Hoodied Dem Now Judge and Jury: 'We Can't Accept MURDER Because Someone Wears A Hood'

Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) was removed from the House floor today for wearing a hoodie during a rant about the Trayvon Martin case. Appearing on CNN later he called the shooting a “murder” before any charges have been filled or the facts of the case have been fully released.
