On Monday, as the Detroit Financial Review team declared the city is in a state of financial emergency at a city meeting. Chaos broke out with residents interrupting the meeting. Then New Black Panther member and Minister, Malik Shabazz made this remark: “This is white supremacy, and we will fight you. Before you can take over our city, we will burn it down first.” (Please note, this is not Malik Zulu Shabazz who is the leader of the New Black Panther Party.
