'A Million Mustaches' March On Washington

Mustachioed men and other lovers of facial hair took to Washington Sunday for a tongue-in-cheek “Million Mustache March” of about 100 people. Their official aim: to press Congress for a tax break to finance upper-lip grooming. Their real effect: to bring merriment to the US capital.
