Cell Carriers To Disable Stolen Phones For Good

Senator Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) says that major cellphone carriers and the FCC have agreed to set up a database of identification numbers that are unique to each phone, making it easier to permanently disable a phone once it has been reported stolen.
