Fourth Graders Unwittingly Write Letters To Convicted Sex Offender

At Trinity Downtown Lutheran Church and School a class writing project for a group of fourth grade students took an unexpected turn. The class’s teacher Laura Perry, who has since been fired, informed the students that they were writing a man in prison for kidnapping a child away from harmful parents, but the man was actually a child molester.
