Maxine Waters 'Mean Spirited' Tea Party Hurting 'People Of Color'

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) (CA-D) on Sunday said the “mean spirited” Tea Party are coming after her in DC because she’s “trying to help poor people and people of color.”
