CBS' O'Donnell Laughs In Rep Ryan's Face Over Definition Of 'Tax Cut'

At 2:15 of this interview Nora O’Donnell charges Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) with being “afraid” to call the continuation of Bush era tax policy a “tax cut.” When Ryan corrects her and explains it is not a tax cut if the tax rates are merely kept the same as they have been for over a decade, O’Donnell interrupts with laughter and says “come on congressman, come on.”
