Democrat House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi made the trip all the way from her California congressional district to Boca Raton to attend a healthcare forum and to campaign on behalf of former West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel, currently running in a contested Democrat primary race for Congress in the 22nd congressional district. During the Q&A portion of the healthcare program, congresswoman Pelosi referred to the Republicans in Congress who favor spending cuts and Paul Ryan’s budget plan as being part of the “Ecoli Club.”
