Rasmussen: Obama Gets Good Marks On Foreign Policy, But Voters Don't Care

Forty-six percent (46%) of voters believe President Obama is doing a good job handling foreign policy and national security matters. Perhaps that’s because 50% believe that the U.S. and its allies are winning the war on terror. Just 20% think the terrorists are winning.
