Professor Obama Explains Separation Of Powers To Latino Audience

When confronted with a challenge by Univision Political Anchor Jorge Ramos on his failiure to fulfill his campaign promise on comprehensive immigration reform, President Obama sounded a tad condescending as he endeavored to insult the intelligence of his mostly-Latino audience by explaining the seperation of powers in the US government.
