DNC Chair Explains Why Obama Hasn't Been To NC: 'It's A Big Country'

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz tried to explain to a local reporter why President Obama hadn’t made a stop in the state that house the DNC convention: “Well, we’ve had the first lady and the vice president and we’ve had significant surrogates. I mean, I think North Carolina has had a non-stop stream of top tier surrogates. But we’re doing is — it’s a big country.”
