NBC: There Would Be 'A Lot Of Concerns In Chicago' If Today Were Sunday Before Election

NBC’s top political correspondent Chuck Todd told David Gregory that President Obama being tied with Romney in the polls at 47% was not a good thing for an incumbent. Todd concluded that those numbers are “good for a challenger” but not for the President. Todd said that if the election were held this week there would be panic in Chicago.
