White House: No Face-to-Face Negotiations Until GOP Caves On Tax Hikes

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was directly asked if the President would sit down with GOP leadership before they agreed to raise taxes on top earners, Carney responded with a long monologue stating that Republicans must recognize that no deal will be achieved without raising taxes on top earners.
