Feinstein: 'Great Deal Of Intelligence' Pointed To Danger In Benghazi, State Dept Did Nothing

Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace: “… [W]e had reason to believe that there was a problem there. As Lindsey pointed out, the problem was the right people apparently either didn’t make the decision or didn’t analyze intelligence. Because, I think, if you looked at the intelligence you would have substantially beefed up the security in that particular mission in Benghazi and it didn’t happen sufficiently, we lost four people a bright Ambassador. Additionally, the mission didn’t have those basic things, gas masks fire extinguishers, appropriate cameras that could do with cameras can do today. So, we have learned this. I think it’s up to the State Department to… make the changes that are necessary.”
