Joint Chiefs Chair: U.S. Has 'Intelligence Gap' In North Africa

The Chair of the Joint Chiefs, General Martin Dempsey, told the Senate today that the attack on the US Special Mission in Benghazi, Libya was not an “intelligence failure” but a “gap.” Dempsey said that we currently have a “gap” in North Africa.
