Former WH Chief Of Staff: No Idea Why Exec Branch Excluded From ObamaCare

Former White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew told the Senate today that he would have to “get back” to them explaining why the Executive Branch was exempted from ObamaCare provisions. Although Congress and their staff are included, the Executive Branch does not need to participate and will not suffer the penalties listed in the health care bill. Lew said he was unsure of the reasoning on this and would inquire.
