Man Ticketed While Jogging Backwards

One South Florida man’s strange exercise habit has him running into trouble with the law. Police say they ticketed Alex Mesa for obstructing traffic while running backwards. Law enforcement claims it did not issue the $75 fine simply because Mesa was running backwards.
