Senator: Immigration Bill Would Allow Those With Child Abuse, Drunk Driving Offenses To Be Legalized

Texas Senator Cornyn listed the security failures of the proposed immigration bill in the Judiciary Committee today. Cornyn noted that there are no provisions for tracking those exiting the country, so the United States would not know who overstayed their visas, and that there were alarming waivers that could be given to those that have come into the United States illegally and committed serious crimes.
