UN Atomic Agency Calls For Fukushima Improvements

TOKYO (AFP) – (AFP) – The International Atomic Energy Agency calls on the operator of Japan’s crippled Fukushima nuclear plant to improve “essential systems” as it struggles to deal with leaks and power cuts.
