Carney: CIA Responsible For Talking Points

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney made it very clear to the press pool today that the White House had very limited involvement in the talking points given to Ambassador Susen Rice concerning the attacks on the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi. Carney claimed that Congress contacted the CIA and asked them to develop talking points for members of Congress to use when addressing the attack publicly. Those talking points were later given to Rice and proven to be inaccurate.
