No Employees Would 'Acknowledge' Who Ordered IRS Targeting

Treasury Inspector General J. Russell George told Congress that during the investigation for his audit no employee would acknowledge who gave the directive to target conservative groups over the period of three years. Acting Commissioner Danny Werfel said that the employees’ silence was not acceptable and that he will work to “uncover every fact.”
