Splash News: The 25th World’s Ugliest Dog competition in Petaluma, California. A mutt named Walle walked away with the title of the World’s Ugliest Dog at the Sonoma-Marin Fair. Walle, who is part beagle, basset and boxer, stole the title from 29 other contenders with his huge head, short thick stature, hump back and duck waddle. Owner Tammie Barbee entered Walle into the competition at the last minute and was delighted with his success.
