Snowden's Father: NSA Leaker May Return To U.S. With Certain Conditions

Lonnie Snowden father of Edward has written a letter to the the Department of Justice requesting three conditions for Edwards voluntary return to America

1) Not be detained or imprisoned prior to trial

2) Not be subjected to a gag order

3) Tried in venue of his choosing
