Issa: We Can 'Debunk' Claim Cincinnati Was Source Of IRS Targeting

Chairman Darryl Issa told the House Oversight Committee that the facts, he believed, led to to the conclusion that the White House unfairly blamed the Cincinnati IRS office for the targeting of conservative groups seeking 501c3 and 501c4 status.
