Harlem Politician Accused of Running Building Like 'Slumlord'

CBS New York: Inez “Betty” Dickens is a New York City Councilwoman, and she heads the Council’s Ethic Committee. However, in several buildings she and her sister own, Dickens has been cited for almost 200 infractions of building codes, and her tenants call her a “slumlord.”
