WOAI: Live Oak Police have arrested a woman for child abandonment, after the child was found in a garbage can. According to a police report, Brittany L. Ciccotti admitted to officers that she smoked synthetic marijuana, before entering a home in the 200 block of Shin Oak, as she carried a small child.
