Today on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Democrat Congressman Gregory Meeks compared ObamaCare’s implementation to the Constitution. Meeks said that just like everyone is confused about the provisions of ObamaCare, “people didn’t understand the constitution” when it was first ratified, either.
