Today on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Democrat Congressman Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) compared ObamaCare’s implementation to the Constitution. Meeks said that just like everyone is confused about the provisions of ObamaCare, “people didn’t understand the constitution” when it was first ratified, either.
