DC Mayor: Terrorism As Motive Has Not Been 'Ruled Out'

District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray confirmed on Monday evening that a motive has not yet been established for the shooting spree that took place at the Navy Yard Monday morning. Gray said that he’s been asked multiple times if terrorism is still considered a possible motive.
