Fed Employees Who Check Work Email During Shutdown Risk Imprisonment

According to the Office of Personnel Management, federal workers on furlough will be barred from accessing their work e-mail accounts because of an obscure law known as the Anti-Deficiency Act that carries a penalty of fines and imprisonment.
