It looks like Vanilla Ice may be an undercover Miley Cyrus fan, as the 90s rapper gets the pop star’s name inked on his feet. He recently tweeted a picture out to his followers, but there’s speculation as to whether it’s permanent praise, or simply the work of a Sharpie.
