Contractors Stunned At 'No Reasonable Expectation Of Privacy' In Hidden Code On ObamaCare Website

Contractors that worked on the glitched ObamaCare website were stunned into silenced when shown a clause on buried in the code of the ACA website that has Americans agree to a privacy clause concerning their personal heath information. Buried in the source code of the clause (not visible on the site) asks users to give up their “reasonable expectation of privacy.” Congressman Joe Barton (R-TX) argued that this clause violated the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) which is most known for its privacy clause. None of the contractors who testified before Congress could give an explanation.
