Video and Report Via KUTV: In most criminal cases, when a suspect is confronted by a police dog, there’s an immediate surrender, but a naked man in a West Valley City parking lot decided he wasn’t going down without a fight. On October 24, Officer Todd Zahlmann and his K-9 partner, Lobo, were called to the Costco in West Valley, where Zahlmann confronted a naked man pulling on the gas pumps.
