Fineman: Obama with Low Approval Numbers 'Isn't Taken Seriously By Anybody Around Town'

The Huffington Post’s Howard Fineman told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews after President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address on Tuesday: “A president in his sixth year with a 43 percent approval rating isn’t taken seriously by anyone around town.”
