Bill Hennessy, Co-Founder of the St. Louis Tea Party on the Fifth Anniversary

Bill Hennessy, co-founder of the St. Louis Tea Party, said on a conference call held by several of the original participants on the conference call that launched the Tea Party movement five years ago on February 20, 2009, said that five years from now in 2019, America will be a much more libertarian country, with individual rights strengthened significantly at every level of government.
