Andrea Mitchell had Sen. John McCain (R_AZ) on her Friday MSNBC program to discuss what can be done to stop Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of the Ukraine when as a parting question Mitchell asked McCain to respond to a swipe Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) took at he, former Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA) and former Sen. Bob Dole (R-KS), all failed GOP presidential nominees, during his CPAC speech yesterday.
McCain, while saying he and Mitt can defend themselves, demanded an apology for Dole because of his outstanding service to our country with both his war time sacrifice and life long political career…
