MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Hialeah Police arrested a mother accused of attacking her child’s middle school classmate. Irisdaly Rios, 35, was arrested on Wednesday on one charge of battery. Damian Portal, an eighth grader at Hialeah Middle School recorded the altercation on his phone.
